This feature dynamically adjusts the point at which a key activates and deactivates. Assigned keys deactivate the moment they move back up and reactivate the moment they're pressed down again. This gives you the ability to fire inputs in rapid succession.

Rapid Trigger is useful for competitive gaming because it increases input speed, you no longer have to fully release a key before reactivating it.

Fun fact: the Rapid Trigger feature played a major role in analog keyboards becoming the default in esports. We pioneered this feature, first on the Wooting Two Lekker Edition and later on the OG Wooting 60HE.

The actuation point is the moment a keypress is registered, or how far a key must be pressed down to activate.

Wooting keyboards use Hall-effect sensors to measure exactly how far each key is pressed. You decide when keys activate, with 0.1 mm precision.

Rappy Snappy continuously compares two keys and keeps only the one pressed deepest active.

A perfect use case is with your A and D keys in FPS games. When you switch directions, your character instantly snaps from one side to the other, letting you react faster and gain the upper hand in combat.

By default, Snappy Tappy activates last input priority, meaning that when two selected keys are pressed at the same time, the keyboard activates only the key pressed last while deactivating the other.

With Snappy Tappy, you can pick the following prioritization options:

1. Last Input Priority: Prioritize the key that was pressed last (default).
2. Absolute Priority (X key): Always prioritize the X key.
3. Absolute Priority (Y key): Always prioritize the Y key.
4. Neutral: When both keys are pressed, neither is registered.

This feature lets you bind up to four different actions to a single keystroke, based on key position.

Action 1 - Activates on start of press

Action 2 - Activates on key fully pressed

Action 3 - Activates on key released after fully pressed

Action 4 - Activates on key fully released

Remap gives you full freedom to add custom actions to your keyboard. It also lets you add actions to your input layers, which are accessed by pressing the designated modifier key.

Use one modifier layer to access your media controls and another for niche actions you rarely use. This gives your 60% keyboard the same functionality as a full-sized keyboard.

Bind two different actions to a single key based on your press behavior. Hold the key for Action A, or tap the key for Action B. You can manually dial-in the desired hold duration per key.

When a keypress is binary (on/off), you can either move full throttle or not move at all, which is especially inconvenient in racing games. Instead of controlling exactly how far you press the pedal, you have to awkwardly tap the gas or brake to keep control of your car.

With controller input set up, you can drive with the same precision you'd have on a console controller.

The toggle key feature lets you turn any action into a “press once to hold” key. Instead of keeping a key pressed, you press once to activate, and press again to release. This puts less strain and more comfort as you crouch, sprint, aim or auto-walk without having to hold down anything. Racing gamers can use this for a steady throttle or braking, while MMO adventurers can stroll endlessly through their world.

There are also productivity use cases for this feature. The toggle key feature can act as a hands-free helper, keeping push-to-talk active, holding modifier keys for shortcuts, or running repetitive commands.
