6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Returns that are not due to a fault, or that do not meet the conditions outlined in this clause, may be accepted at our sole discretion and, if accepted, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
6.2. To return a product, you must:
(a) Contact our Customer Service Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Requests will be reviewed and RMA numbers issued at our discretion.
(b) Send the product securely with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns will be processed in accordance with our warranty policy.
6.3. The issuance of an RMA number does not constitute confirmation that your claim is valid or that a repair, replacement, or refund will be provided.
6.4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required to obtain a refund, exchange, or repair.
6.5. All gift cards, bonus items, discounted items, and components of bundled products must be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any unreturned item or discount will be deducted from the refund or credit.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, logos, service names, and trade names, in the content on our website or provided through our services (“Content”) are owned or licensed by Gara Studio.

11.1. Products sold by Gara Studio come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.
11.2. Standard products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and Build-to-Order products include a 1-year system warranty covering labour and replacement of faulty components.
11.3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
11.4. Any software issues, corrupted files, or damage caused by viruses are not covered by warranties.
11.5. Repairs may result in data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gara Studio, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or rights of third parties.
