Change of Mind

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their purchase.

Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all seals intact.

A 10–15% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Products

Gara Studio will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Warranty & Manufacturer Issues

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

For warranty claims, customers should provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Some warranty claims may require sending the product back to Gara Studio or the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for safe packaging during transit.
Refund Processing
