Gara Studio Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their purchase.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • A 10–15% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately via email at garastudio@163.com or visit our store during business hours (12:00–20:00).

  • Gara Studio will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided if required.

 

Warranty & Manufacturer Issues

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

  • For warranty claims, customers should provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Some warranty claims may require sending the product back to Gara Studio or the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for safe packaging during transit.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us if needed.

 

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Items used, damaged, or altered after purchase (not caused by manufacturing defects)

    • Items purchased on clearance, discontinued, or special order (unless faulty)

    • Products without proof of purchase

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; returns will follow the above policy.
